2oz Freeland Bourbon
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Mix all ingredients together and add ice. Stir for 35 - 40 seconds. Strain into a glass of your choice and garnish with a lemon twist.
1.5oz Freeland Bourbon
1oz Portland Soda Works: Mango-Habanero Syrup
.75oz Lemon juice
3 dashes Addition Bitters: Piri Piri Bitters
Mix all ingredients together in a tin shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain using a fine mesh strainer and a Hawthorne strainer into a rocks glass. Add ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
